Brand Identity and Website Design for a Play Cafe in Coastal North Carolina.

Blue Jay Play Cafe came to C/O looking for a fun, but sophisticated brand identity to align with both children and their caretakers as they embarked on opening the first of its kind in Sneads Ferry, NC. The play cafe, with a coffee bar and a developmental play area for children ages 1-5, provides a social environment to allow for the caretakers to relax, while the kiddos play in a safe, confined space. The identity involves a bold, bright color palette, a custom Blue Jay illustration of a baby and mama bird. The palette will be used strategically throughout print material and the interior design, while the toys in the play space keep a minimal, Scandinavian style.
